Cancellation is not allowed within 72 hours of departing time for all cruises.
Constant cancellation charge of 20% will be imposed for the cancellation of the ticket of
Keari Tours and Services Ltd, Karnafully Express, Bay One Cruise, Saint Martin Cruise, Baro Awlia, or Sonargaon Tourism.
Note: The above-described policy is not applicable within 72 hours of departing time.

Your seat(s) may be changed by Launch Operators as per their discretion and situational demands.
Any kind of ticket cancellation might not be allowed for journeys at the night before Public Holidays
or on Public Holidays as per Launch Operator's decision.
Tickets purchased during ‘Eid’ are not cancellable and cannot be rescheduled.
Launch Company Authority has the right to cancel any launch schedule at any time.
In case of launch cancellation, the customer needs to inform the call center at 16460
or via support email within 24 hours of the journey time.
For unsuccessful bank transactions, the refund process can take up to 45 days to refund back to the customer’s account.
For ticket cancellations:
The convenience charge will not be refundable if canceled by the customer.
If the cancellation takes place due to the launch operator's cause, then only convenience charges will be refunded but PG charges will be deducted in all cases.
Cancellation complaints will not be applicable during the hours of 12:00 AM - 7:00 AM
(as the Customer Support Center is offline during this time). However, customers can always cancel tickets
from the website as per policy.
Discounted tickets cannot be canceled. However, if the journey is canceled, customers will receive a refund as per policy.
